A well-established hotel in Cyprus is looking to recruit a Gym Instructor for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees using the Fitness Center
- Assist guests with the correct and safe use of gym equipment
- Design and develop personalised one-to-one fitness programmes
- Conduct group exercise classes
- Coordinate and regularly update the group exercise schedule
- Carry out Fitness Assessments and recommend suitable fitness programmes
- Motivate and support guests in achieving their fitness goals
- Ensure that all Fitness Center equipment is ready and safe to use daily
- Monitor the inventory of fitness equipment and Health Club supplies
- Undertake additional duties according to the operational needs of the hotel
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- KOA Licence
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fitness / Gym Instructor
- Fluent in English
- Strong ability to instruct and motivate individuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, creative and flexible approach
- First Aid and CPR certification
