Main duties:
- Prepare food in line with approved recipes and kitchen standards
- Maintain a clean and organised assigned work area
- Check supplies for quality and freshness
- Control product usage, waste and kitchen equipment
Requirements:
- Two to three years of experience in a similar role
- Culinary or hospitality qualification is an advantage
- Excellent English; Greek or another language is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
