Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Payments Operations Manager.
Salary:
- €36,000–48,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Employment type:
- Full-time management role.
Work arrangement:
- Based in Limassol.
Main duties:
- Manage the complete payments cycle and onboard or optimise payment gateways.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with processors and financial institutions.
- Design the flow-of-funds strategy and run reconciliations, settlements, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.
- Coordinate AML, KYC and PCI-DSS compliance with internal teams.
- Oversee cards, e-wallets and bank-transfer methods, provider performance and integrations.
- Track payment KPIs, resolve operational issues, maintain procedures and improve anti-fraud controls.
Requirements:
- At least three years in payments operations, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of gateways, chargebacks, compliance and multiple payment technologies.
- Commercial negotiation and external-partner management experience.
- Analytical accuracy, communication skills and ability to work at pace.
- Anti-fraud tools are advantageous; a relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
