Salary:
- €1,200–2,000 per month.

Work arrangement:

Main duties:
- Plan and optimise B2B campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for German-speaking energy-sector audiences.
- Manage SEO, content, email, paid advertising and the broader digital-marketing mix.
- Produce or adapt video and static advertising, including with AI tools.
- Maintain social calendars, publishing schedules and community-engagement processes.
- Report campaign KPIs and convert data into improvements.
- Support brand positioning, messaging and lead-generation strategy.
Requirements:
- At least five years in online or digital marketing.
- Demonstrable Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaign experience.
- SEO, content, email, paid-media and analytics knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written and spoken English.
- German is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a flexible part-time setup.
