Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Hotel Maintenance Technician.
Salary:
- €1,500–1,900 per month.
Employment type:
- Full-time, permanent.
Work arrangement:
- On-site in Limassol.
Main duties:
- Inspect and maintain hotel facilities and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building-system faults.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
- Keep accurate maintenance and repair records and follow safety standards.
- Assist with equipment installations and coordinate contractors and hotel departments.
Requirements:
- Proven hotel or similar technical-maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building systems and general hotel maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Fluent Greek and English, good time management and attention to detail.
- Flexibility for urgent operational needs.
