Salary:

Work arrangement:
- On-site in Nicosia, with remote and customer-site support duties.
Main duties:
- Install and configure utility-management systems and related products, including Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
- Support customers by telephone, online and on site and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Deliver training and guidance to system administrators, managers and operational users.
- Develop reports, dashboards and SQL scripts.
- Collaborate with colleagues, customers and project teams to deliver dependable service.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL knowledge are advantages.
- Software-support, implementation or system-administration experience is advantageous.
