**Main duties:**
- Manage and monitor trading platforms each day.
- Perform routine platform-performance checks and optimise system parameters when required.
- Review client accounts in response to trading-activity or platform-performance enquiries.
- Execute client orders and help resolve client enquiries.
- Monitor trading exposure and prepare relevant reports.
- Follow internal procedures and applicable financial-market laws and directives.
- Track market information and prepare market reports.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the regulatory framework for financial markets and investment firms.
- Understanding of financial and capital markets is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Computer literacy and ability to work across several systems simultaneously.
- Flexible, detail-focused, target-driven and collaborative approach.
- No prior professional dealing experience is required.
