Salary:
- €1,500–2,010 monthly in total potential compensation.
- The stated base is €1,500–1,600 gross monthly, with a performance bonus of up to €410 monthly.

Work arrangement:
- On-site in a sports-fashion retail store.
Main duties:
- Support day-to-day store operations and compliance with procedures.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, handle enquiries and help resolve complaints.
- Build client relationships and support loyalty initiatives.
- Train, coach and motivate colleagues and help deliver regular learning sessions.
- Support recruitment and team development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace and keep the team informed about products, policies and procedures.
- Monitor productivity and KPIs, analyse reports and help plan staffing resources.
- Coordinate with marketing, visual-merchandising and commercial teams.
- Ensure products, mannequins, displays and windows follow visual-merchandising guidelines.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2–3 years managing a standalone retail store or department-store floor.
- Excellent English and computer skills.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Numerical and analytical ability to monitor KPIs.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Leadership, business orientation and an energetic, motivating style.
- Customer-service focus and knowledge of business-management processes.
- Passion for sports and fashion and willingness to learn.
