Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Retail Sales Manager.

Work arrangement:
- On-site work in Nicosia across the assigned retail stores
Main duties:
- Set and drive sales targets by store, team, category and vendor focus.
- Coach and develop retail teams through clear routines, product knowledge and selling standards.
- Improve customer experience, service consistency and handling of escalations.
- Maintain merchandising, stock visibility, promotional readiness and premium store standards.
- Monitor store traffic, conversion, average transaction value, sell-through, stock turnover and ageing inventory.
- Turn performance gaps into owned action plans with deadlines and disciplined follow-through.
- Identify local growth opportunities and propose partnerships, promotions and campaigns.
- Align stores with marketing, web, B2B, purchasing, technical and senior-management priorities.
- Present quarterly performance updates covering results, risks and next actions.
Requirements:
- Experience leading retail sales or multiple stores, ideally in technology, electronics or specialist retail.
- Strong interest in technology products and market trends.
- Commercial understanding of revenue, margin, stock health and customer satisfaction.
- Proven people leadership, coaching and accountability skills.
- Confidence using sales dashboards, KPIs, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organisation, communication, problem-solving, integrity and hands-on judgement.
- Very good Greek and English.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
