Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for E-Commerce & Operations Manager.

Work arrangement:
- Flexible hybrid setup across home, a coworking space and the warehouse/office in Agia Varvara, with regular warehouse attendance
Main duties:
- Create social-media content, graphics and short videos with Canva, CapCut or Adobe.
- Plan and manage social channels and Meta Ads.
- Maintain and operate a Shopify store.
- Support WordPress sites and affiliate projects.
- Process orders and coordinate deliveries with transport providers.
- Manage stock, customer collections and prepare small parcels for dispatch.
Requirements:
- Practical social-content experience and Canva, CapCut or Adobe knowledge.
- Good understanding of social media and online advertising.
- Shopify experience.
- Good English; German or Greek is an advantage.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Comfort combining digital work with occasional warehouse tasks.
- WordPress experience is an advantage.
