Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Logistics Manager.
Salary:
- €40,000–€50,000 gross yearly, paid in 13 instalments

Work arrangement:
- Role based in Larnaca, with one work-from-home day per week
Main duties:
- Lead warehouse, transportation and distribution operations for a team of approximately 50 people.
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement, productivity gains and cost optimisation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock controls, WMS use and data-led decisions.
- Oversee inbound logistics from ports and suppliers through receipt into the warehouse.
- Coach and develop the logistics team and reinforce accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage logistics budgets and operating costs with the Finance function.
- Maintain health-and-safety and regulatory compliance.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, resolving operational issues and improving service levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least five years of progressive logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply-chain experience.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Strong WMS and ERP experience, plus good knowledge of TMS, BI tools and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, KPIs and cost control.
- Proven people leadership, analytical problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.
