Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Project Manager.

Main duties:
- Manage architectural-lighting projects from initiation to completion within scope, budget, schedule and quality requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and technical lighting solutions for client requirements.
- Act as the main contact for clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Coordinate design, procurement, logistics and installation activities.
- Manage schedules, budgets and resources and identify and mitigate project risks.
- Conduct site visits, monitor installation progress and confirm deliverable quality.
- Prepare project-status reports, financial updates and presentations.
- Maintain technical files, CRM updates and other project records.
- Support lighting studies, technical presentations and contract preparation.
- Manage handover, collect client feedback and apply lessons to future work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field.
- At least two years of project-management experience, preferably in lighting, construction, architecture or building services.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings and coordination.
- Excellent organisation, communication, commercial judgement, problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; project-management software knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
