Main duties:
- Meet prospective buyers and identify their property requirements
- Prepare offers and coordinate documentation, payments and closing steps
- Organise property inspections and viewings
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Monitor market activity and follow up with clients
- Support advertising and property-listing activities
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Cyprus real-estate or comparable sales experience
- Excellent English; Russian or German is an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- CRM or Salesforce experience is advantageous
- Existing relationships with property agents are valued
