Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Facilities Manager (9133).

Salary:

- €25,000–€40,000 per year.

Main duties:

- Assess client facility needs.

- Create asset registers and maintenance plans for multiple sites.

- Monitor supplier schedules, execution and quality.

- Use specialist systems to track and communicate asset status.

- Prepare budgets and approve supplier payments.

- Support business development and manage client and supplier stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

- At least five years’ facilities or property-management experience.

- Understanding of project-management principles.

- Strong organisation and time-management skills.

- Excellent Greek and English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Proactive and professional approach.
