Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Marketing and E-commerce Development Specialist.

Main duties:
- Manage and improve the e-commerce website, online customer journey, products, categories, pricing, promotions and content.
- Plan digital campaigns that increase traffic, engagement, conversion and online sales.
- Coordinate content for social media, email, website and promotional campaigns.
- Use Google Analytics and digital platforms to assess sales, customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social advertising and email marketing and identify usability and conversion improvements.
- Coordinate online product launches and promotions, research competitors and track e-commerce, AI and consumer trends.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Previous digital-marketing or e-commerce experience, including corporate and B2B accounts.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, SEO and social media marketing.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Microsoft Office, analytical and organisational skills and a commercial, customer-focused mindset.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:45.
- Friday until 15:30.
