Night Receptionist – GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently recruiting for the position of Night Receptionist at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels, a hotel that operates all year round.

Duties & Responsibilities

Follow and apply all arrival and departure procedures, as well as all other departmental procedures.
Ensure that all daily arrivals have their assigned rooms ready at the scheduled time. Check for any pending arrivals or departures and report them to the Head Receptionist.
Be familiar with the opening hours of all hotel departments, amenities and facilities, as well as any scheduled events, such as live music evenings and Cyprus nights.
Receive and provide all necessary information from the previous shift and ensure a proper handover to the next shift. Check and maintain the cash float.
Check for any pending maintenance issues and report them to the Head Receptionist. Any damages that have not been rectified should be recorded in the daily Maintenance Report.
Be aware of the current exchange rate and weather forecast, and ensure that all necessary brochures and information materials are available.
Be informed about the general availability of room types for the day in order to promote room sales and upgrades, with the aim of maximizing the average room rate.
Follow all GDPR requirements and procedures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information and data.

Qualifications & Requirements

Pleasant and professional personality.
Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
Diploma from a Hotel School or previous experience in a similar position.
