Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Customer Support Representative (Greek-Speaking).
Salary:
- €1,300–€1,800 gross per month, plus monthly bonus

Work arrangement:
- On-site in Limassol
Main duties:
- Support customers by email, phone and live chat and aim for first-contact resolution.
- Handle complaints and product issues, investigate concerns and escalate appropriately.
- Guide onboarding and explain rules, licensing and safer gaming.
Requirements:
- Native-level Greek and fluent English.
- Strong listening, communication, customer focus and computer skills.
- Accurate typing, accountability and performance under pressure.
- Previous support experience is welcome but not essential.
Schedule:
- Four working days followed by two days off.
