Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels. If you're passionate about food, thrive in a fast paced kitchen, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and health and safety across the team
Stepping in for your immediate senior cook when needed, and supporting colleagues during busy periods or emergencies
Following your superior's guidance with respect, while feeling free to share your own input and suggestions
Preparing your mise en place and reviewing the daily menu closely to ensure everything runs smoothly, flagging any shortages to your superiors
Lending a hand in other kitchen sections when your own is quieter
Building your skills across all kitchen stations, so you're confident with every recipe on the menu and buffet offerings
Operating large volume kitchen equipment such as grills, deep fryers, ovens, and salamanders
Reading food order slips and preparing dishes accurately and efficiently
Measuring and combining ingredients with care, seasoning and cooking to recipe or your own experienced judgment for consistent results every time

What We're Looking For

A Diploma in Food Production from a Hotel School, or hands on experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
