Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Security Manager / Loss Prevention Manager.

- On-site at a luxury hospitality property in Limassol
Main duties:
- Own the property-wide security, loss-prevention, fire-safety and emergency-preparedness strategy.
- Direct risk assessments, quarterly safety audits, incident investigations and corrective-action follow-up.
- Lead, coach and performance-manage a multi-shift security team while setting standards for patrols, access control, CCTV and alarms.
- Manage the departmental budget, specialist vendors and liability or workers’ compensation claims.
- Maintain effective working relationships with property leadership, emergency services and law-enforcement authorities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Security Management or a related discipline is preferred, with equivalent experience considered.
- At least five years of progressive security or loss-prevention management experience, ideally in hospitality or another large organisation.
- Valid security licence where required and sound knowledge of physical-security and risk-management practices.
- Excellent English, strong leadership and calm judgement during incidents, crises and escalations.
