Licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC License No. 282/15), 50K operates under strict European standards with segregated client accounts to protect customer funds.

Role DescriptionThe Risk Manager role is a full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm), on-site role based in Limassol, responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the firm’s risk management policies and ensuring full regulatory compliance with CySEC and EU frameworks.

What you'll do:Design, implement, and continuously refine the company’s risk management framework, policies, and risk appetite parameters.
Monitor market, credit, operational, liquidity, and counterparty risks, ensuring robust capital adequacy assessment and reporting.
Prepare and submit accurate periodic risk reports to CySEC and the Board of Directors.
Conduct regular stress testing and scenario analysis to safeguard platform operations and client assets.
Stay ahead of CySEC, ESMA, and EU regulatory updates, adapting internal procedures to mitigate emerging risks.

What we're looking for:Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certificate
University degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Risk Management, or a related field.
+1 years of risk management experience within a CySEC-regulated Investment Firm (CIF).
Knowledge of MIFID II, IFR/IFD, capital adequacy metrics, and operational risk frameworks.
Fluency in English and Greek; advanced analytical capabilities, integrity, and strong communication skills to report at the Board level.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Limassol.
