Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Manager.

Salary:

€ 1,700 - 2,000 / month

Work arrangement:

On-site in Nicosia

Main duties:

Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant.
Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team.
Maintain service standards and handle customer requests or complaints professionally.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
Manage reservations, floor plans and table rotation.
Maintain cleanliness, food-safety and workplace-hygiene standards.
Monitor stock, inventories and orders.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and performance reviews.
Monitor sales, operational reports and budget targets.
Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health requirements and labour obligations.

Requirements:

Ability to lead a front-of-house team and maintain high customer-service standards.
Strong organisation across reservations, staffing, stock and reporting.
Sound judgement when resolving guest-service and operational issues.
Professional communication and team-coordination skills.
Understanding of restaurant hygiene, safety and labour-compliance requirements.
