Personal Assistant

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our Hotel Manager and help deliver exceptional guest experiences at Leonardo Cypria Bay Hotel.

If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working closely with senior leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Hotel Manager's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate internal meetings and liaise with department heads.
Assist with planning hotel events, inspections, and VIP guest arrangements.
Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate filing systems.
Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on key action items.
Support administrative tasks, including expense tracking and office supply management.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of hotel operations will be considered an advantage.
