- On-site office role in Nicosia
Main duties:
- Conduct audits across investment, finance, trading and other client industries under ISA and Companies Law.
- Complete multiple engagements and prepare or review IFRS financial statements.
- Prepare tax computations under Cyprus tax law and circulars.
- Coordinate client documentation with the accounting team.
- Report progress and review audit documentation with the Audit Manager.
- Train junior colleagues and support positive client relationships.
- Maintain current knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, Companies Law, tax and VAT.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- ACA or ACCA qualification, or progress toward it, is preferred.
- At least two years of audit experience.
- CaseWare Audit International experience.
- Ability to manage several deadlines under pressure.
- Strong organisation, analysis, critical thinking, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Fluent Greek and English and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
