Job Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Aphrodite Hills villas and apartments to both corporate partners and individual travellers. This role involves securing contracts with tour operators and travel agents, generating direct consumer sales through international events, and organising familiarization trips. The successful candidate will analyse market trends, negotiate partnerships, and implement sales strategies that increase occupancy and revenue.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
⁃To promote and sell Aphrodite Hills Rentals, villas, and apartments.
⁃Corporate contracts; Establish and maintain relationships with Tour Operators, Travel Agents and event organisers. Your goal is to secure bookings and long-term partnerships.
⁃Direct consumer Sales; Focus on promoting and selling services to individual travellers through B2C events abroad.
⁃Organise and participate B2C and B2B events abroad.
⁃Frequent travel may be required to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.
⁃Organisation and attending familiarization trips for travel agent, tour operators and media partners allowing them to experience Aphrodite Hills Resort and the beauties of Cyprus.
⁃Representing our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and working closely with other departments.
⁃ To monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals.
⁃Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and service offered to adjust your own sales strategy and stay competitive.
⁃Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancies, increase average rates, and increase volume of all business operations.
⁃Contracting with business partners. Negotiation skills are key to ensuring win-win deals.
⁃Work closely with other departments like Marketing, reservations and yield to ensure alignment on sales goals and service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
⁃Minimum 2 years’ experience in tourism sales, especially in international markets.
⁃College Degree in Business, Sales or other related field will be considered as advantage.
⁃Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes, including event participation.
⁃ Ability to analyse markets trends and develop effective sales strategies.
⁃Willingness to travel internationally for events and meetings.
⁃Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
⁃Approachable with excellent people skills
⁃Excellent communication, negotiation, and contracting skills
⁃Fluency in English language both written and oral.
⁃Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express
⁃Eu citizen or an EU work permit holder
Working Schedule:
⁃Monday-Friday(Flexible to company needs)
⁃08:30-17:00(Flexible to company needs)
