What You’ll Do:
This Dealer position involves a blend of risk management, client interaction, and technical platform maintenance. Key responsibilities include monitoring market exposure, managing risk, and handling client trading queries, all while ensuring the smooth and accurate functioning of trading platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented team player with strong technical skills in trading software like MT4/5 and a solid understanding of market dynamics. Essentially, this person is a frontline professional who safeguards the company's financial interests and supports its clients in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Monitoring and Management: Monitor market exposure and manage risk effectively to ensure the company's financial stability. Maintain up-to-date trading platforms by reflecting holidays, product expiries, and other key events.
- Client Support & Analysis: Address trading queries from clients promptly and accurately. Conduct ongoing reviews of client behaviour and trading patterns to identify trends and potential risks.
- Operational Tasks: Prepare shift reports detailing trading activity and significant events. Maintain clear and efficient communication with liquidity providers (LPs). Keep all relevant programs and systems updated for upcoming market events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals and ensure seamless operations.
- Corporate Actions: Process corporate actions in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of trading platforms, including MT4/5 and cTrader.
- Familiarity with risk management and bridging tools like One Zero Bridge and Tappas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Holder of a CySEC Advanced certificate will be considered an advantage.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 00:00, 00:00 – 08:00) on a weekly rotational basis.
