Your Role
As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the heart and voice of our hospitality experience — ensuring that every guest feels personally cared for from arrival to departure. You will anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and create emotional connections that transform stays into lasting memories. Your mission is to elevate each moment, combining professional excellence with genuine warmth and authenticity.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and sincerity, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Build genuine relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and special arrangements with efficiency and empathy.
- Collaborate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Wellness, Operations) to deliver seamless experiences.
- Organize special surprises, celebrations, and VIP amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to foster loyalty.
- Support front office operations when required and ensure all service standards are consistently met.
- Act as an ambassador of the YONIK philosophy — embodying mindfulness, balance, and care.
What We Value
- Genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable human connections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Greek, Hebrew or German are a plus).
- Knowledge of Protel PMS or similar hotel systems will be considered a strong advantage.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving mindset.
- Professional appearance, warm personality, and attention to detail.
- A spirit of teamwork, empathy, and respect for our multicultural environment.
