Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with guests and offering personalized drink recommendations.
- Take customer orders for drink items, using upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Supporting during Events.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and refer any complex queries to the F&B Management team.
- Collaborate with service team members to ensure seamless service flow.
- Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the F&B Management team.
- Clear bar efficiently throughout the shift to maintain a tidy environment.
- Handle guest checks accurately and ensure secure payment processing.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of bartending experience in a fast paced environment within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with proper table settings and service standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Ability to confidently describe menu items, pricing, and preparation methods to guests.
- Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
