Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Safely transport guests to and from the hotel, airport, and other designated locations.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous, professional service.
- Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the relevant department.
- Prevent vehicles or obstacles from blocking the entrance.
- Coordinate with Front Office for VIP arrivals and special requests.
- Ensure operational equipment is used properly and stored after use.
- Maintain clear shift handovers and communication with colleagues.
- Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the Front Office Management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
- Valid EU driving license.
- Compliance to legislations of driving a vehicle.
- Great attention to detail and time management.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Good knowledge of local routes and destinations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
