Work Channel Professional Recruitment is working closely with a client in Nicosia and is seeking to recruit a Production Manager.
Our client is a well-established company in Cyprus, operating in the printing and visual communications sector. With over 15 years of presence in the market, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and professional expertise.
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple production and operational departments, including printing, finishing, manufacturing, warehouse operations, technical design, and delivery.
For departments with appointed supervisors, the role is primarily advisory and coordinative, providing guidance and alignment. In departments without dedicated supervisors, the Production Manager assumes a more hands-on and direct operational role.
The role works closely with the Traffic Controller to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects, as well as strict adherence to production schedules and deadlines.

- Responsibilities
- Receives information on upcoming projects from the Traffic Controller and prepares the supervised departments for execution based on capacity and availability, developing an execution plan by stage and providing updates to the Traffic Controller.
- Oversees project execution according to the scheduled start date and coordinates, informs, and guides the relevant departments accordingly.
- Ensures timely coordination with the warehouse for the preparation and availability of required materials.
- Monitors the timely and quality delivery of projects; in cases of delays, informs the Traffic Controller of any internal adjustments to the project flow or supports coordination with the client where required.
- Provides guidance to departmental supervisors throughout the preparation, execution, and completion of projects.
- Ensures timely communication with the delivery and installation team upon project completion, supporting effective preparation, particularly for installation activities.
- Conducts quality checks on deliverables prior to dispatch or delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a production management or production leadership role.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, efficiency, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership qualities.
