The Quotations Officer is responsible for preparing and managing customer quotations, ensuring accurate cost calculations and timely communication with clients.

Responsibilities
- Receives projects from the Traffic Controller with defined timelines and prepares them for quotation.
- Prepares, manages, and monitors customer quotations, ensuring accurate cost calculations and competitive pricing.
- Communicates and negotiates with clients to finalize quotations, keeping the Commercial Manager informed of possible discounts or special terms.
- Ensures that quotations reflect both customer requirements and company strategies.
- Presents quotations to clients and addresses any questions regarding the offered products or services.
- Collaborates with costing, customer service, production, and supplier departments to complete accurate and timely quotations.
- Analyzes customer requirements and proposes solutions that optimize cost and performance.
- Develops and maintains quotation templates for various project types or products.
Requirements
- College education or secondary school diploma.
- Ability to learn quickly with strong attention to detail.
- Good numerical skills and understanding of materials.
- Previous relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and error prevention.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
