Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Graduate Programs Engagement:
- Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone or video screenings
- Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to promote the company’s graduate programs and internship opportunities
- Plan and participate in career fairs and networking events
HR Administration & Employee Support:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
