Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Content Creator to join our Marketing team.
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing high-quality content that reflects the elegance, sophistication, and unique experiences offered across our properties. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives
- Create high-end visual and written content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to plan and deliver content calendars across all properties
- Capture and edit photo and video content showcasing hotel experiences, amenities, dining, and guest services
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels
- Stay up-to-date with luxury hospitality trends, social media innovations, and emerging content formats
- Work with external agencies, photographers, and influencers when required
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics
- Maintain brand guidelines and uphold the group’s luxury positioning in all outputs
- Perform other duties relevant to the role to support the Marketing team and uphold the brand’s luxury standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and written content
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
- Excellent photography and videography skills
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for luxury branding
