Duties and Responsibilities
- Organization and scheduling of daily cleaning operations.
- Management, guidance, and performance monitoring of staff.
- Implementation and supervision of company standards and procedures.
- Ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Resolving daily operational issues in the workplace.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or diploma in Tourism / Hospitality studies or related field.
- Experience in a similar role (Supervisor or Housekeeper) will be considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and personnel management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and decision-making ability.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages.
- Dynamic and professional presence.
