The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales pipelines, and building strong, long-term client relationships. The role focuses on identifying and expanding business opportunities, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the commercial objectives of our client’s luxury hotel portfolio in Cyprus and Greece.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Director, focusing on luxury market segments, key trade partners, and revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts, to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Lead commercial discussions, handle contract negotiations, and coordinate payment processes with clients and partners, ensuring all agreements align with the brand’s financial objectives and luxury positioning.
- Represent our client at international trade exhibitions, luxury travel events, roadshows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Revenue teams on campaigns, promotions, seasonal packages, and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and revenue optimisation across all properties.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, delivering a highly personalised and seamless service experience.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, KPIs, and revenue projections to the Sales Director and senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and evolving guest preferences to proactively adapt and enhance sales strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, sharing expertise and fostering a high-performing, results-driven sales environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a senior sales role within the luxury hospitality or travel industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the luxury travel market, including trade partner dynamics and guest expectations
- Established network within the luxury travel trade, including relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the brand at the highest level
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Greek or additional languages is considered a strong asset
- Solid experience with sales reporting tools, with a data-driven approach to performance management
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for trade shows, client meetings, and business development purposes
