Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies that align with the brand’s identity and overall marketing objectives
- Produce high-quality visual and written content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Work closely with the Marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute content calendars across all properties
- Capture and edit photo and video material that highlights hotel experiences, facilities, dining offerings, and guest services
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels
- Stay informed on luxury hospitality trends, social media developments, and emerging content formats
- Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, photographers, and influencers when required
- Track content performance and refine strategies based on analytics and engagement insights
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all content reflects the group’s luxury positioning
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the Marketing team and uphold the brand’s standards
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and written content
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software)
- Excellent photography and videography skills
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for luxury branding
