- Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable business insights;
- Support the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure data quality;
- Create and automate regular reports for various stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions through data analysis;
- Design clear, effective visualizations that communicate data stories effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting;
- 2+ years of Python experience for data processing and automation;
- 2+ years of experience with ETL development and data pipeline work;
- Strong SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis;
- Working knowledge of MS SQL, PostgreSQL;
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau;
- Prior experience in a fintech company;
- Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field;
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities;
- English and Russian proficiency at B1/B2 level (Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of database architecture and indexing concepts;
- Familiarity with columnar databases (ClickHouse, Vertica);
- Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts;
- Experience with feature engineering and statistical analysis;
- Experience in building Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions would be a plus;
- Experience working with AI tools/solutions would be considered an advantage;
- Background in a brokerage or financial services company
