On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable medical center in Limassol, we are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager & Medical Tourism. This role is pivotal in driving patient acquisition, strengthening brand presence, and expanding medical tourism operations. The successful candidate will lead sales, marketing, PR, and referral activities, while managing partnerships and ensuring a seamless patient journey in collaboration with international healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development, Demand Generation & Promotions
• Plan and execute promotional events such as open days, seminars, screenings, and corporate presentations
• Develop quarterly event calendars, coordinate guest speakers, and track ROI
• Lead social media strategy including content creation, campaigns, patient education, and reputation management
• Oversee website management, updates, and digital presence
• Manage outbound call center operations including scripts, compliance, and conversion tracking
• Convert inquiries into consultations, referrals, and corporate agreements
• Develop relationships with corporate clients and insurance companies, promoting health packages and direct billing solutions
Associate Doctor & Channel Partner Acquisition
• Identify and engage with potential associate doctors across Cyprus
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with senior management for collaboration opportunities
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance requirements for associate doctors
Medical Tourism & Patient Referral Operations
• Coordinate patient referrals with international healthcare partners and ensure complete documentation submission
• Manage the full patient journey including communication, documentation, and logistics
• Present official treatment plans and pricing to patients with accuracy and transparency
• Coordinate payments and ensure compliance with financial procedures
• Handle special cases such as guardianship documentation and exceptional circumstances
• Maintain communication with patients during and after treatment, ensuring high service standards
• Manage patient complaints and ensure resolution in line with procedures
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR and international data protection standards
Revenue & Performance Management
• Drive medical tourism revenue and achieve annual targets
• Monitor commission structures, track performance, and reconcile financial data
• Manage partnerships involving insurance providers and third-party agents
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles
• Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or insurance sector will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to achieve revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing, and reporting tools
• Fluency in English and Greek
