About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-driven professional to lead the growth of the Bang & Olufsen brand across our markets through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and indirect sales channels.
Key responsibilities
Growth & Partnerships
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships (designers, architects, real estate, premium segment partnerships with furniture, etc)
- Build and expand a strong partner ecosystem to drive indirect sales and brand visibility
- Initiate and execute co-marketing activities with partners
- Develop tailored commercial concepts and collaboration models
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own and drive lead generation strategy across B2B & B2C segments
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (events, collaborations, PR)
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns end-to-end
- Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent premium positioning of the B&O brand across all channels
- Develop and localize communication strategies and content
- Oversee marketing materials and brand assets
Market Intelligence
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
- Provide insights and forecasts to support strategic decisions
- Track trends in premium/luxury segment
Reporting & Coordination
- Track KPIs across partnerships, marketing, and lead generation
- Manage budgets and report on ROI of initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
Requirements
- Experience in business development / partnerships / marketing (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of premium/luxury segment
- Proven ability to launch and manage partnerships and campaigns
- Commercial mindset with focus on growth, not just execution
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate across functions (marketing + sales + partners)
