Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Store Manager on behalf of a well established and rapidly growing restaurant group based in Larnaca.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and day to day management of the restaurant while leading and developing a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the overall operation and performance of the restaurant
• Ensure exceptional standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve business performance
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members and supervisors
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Control labour costs, food costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses
• Oversee stock management, ordering processes, and inventory controls
• Monitor daily sales performance, cash handling procedures, and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, health & safety regulations, and Cyprus employment legislation
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively
• Support marketing initiatives and local business development activities
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years of management experience within restaurants, hospitality, QSR, fast casual dining, or similar high volume operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience managing restaurant performance, budgets, and operational targets
• Strong understanding of labour management, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyse KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Strong organisational, problem solving, and decision making abilities
• Good knowledge of POS systems and operational reporting tools
• Fluent in Greek and English
