Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Guest Relations Officer on behalf of a prestigious hotel group in Larnaca.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, ensuring personalized attention, and creating memorable experiences that contribute to the reputation and continued success of the group's three hotels, each with approximately 110 rooms.
This position is ideal for an enthusiastic hospitality professional with a genuine passion for customer care and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Build strong relationships with guests and proactively address their needs
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Follow up on guest concerns and ensure effective resolution
• Assist VIP guests and support special events or guest activities when required
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and guest loyalty initiatives
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Hospitality
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced hospitality environment
