Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager on behalf of a well established and rapidly growing restaurant group based in Larnaca.
The successful candidate will be based in Larnaca and will oversee the operational performance of multiple restaurant locations across Cyprus. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities, commercial awareness, and a proven track record in multi unit operations management.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day to day operations of multiple restaurant locations across Cyprus
• Ensure company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience are consistently maintained
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all assigned locations
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve operational and financial performance
• Lead, coach, support, and develop Store Managers and restaurant teams
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits across all districts
• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and team development initiatives
• Monitor labour costs, food costs, inventory levels, and controllable expenses
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety regulations, health & safety standards, and Cyprus employment legislation
• Analyse operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management
• Support the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and business improvement projects
• Handle operational challenges and customer service escalations when required
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations Management, Area Management, Multi Unit Management, or a similar leadership role within hospitality or food service
• Proven experience managing multiple locations simultaneously
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, profitability, budgeting, and KPI management
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Strong analytical, organisational, and decision making abilities
• Experience in workforce planning, labour management, and operational controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Cyprus
