Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager on behalf of a large and well established hotel group based in Larnaca.
The group operates three hotels, each with approximately 110 rooms, offering a dynamic hospitality environment focused on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and continuous growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who can oversee daily hotel operations, lead teams effectively, and ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day to day operations of the hotels and ensure smooth departmental coordination
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Lead and support department heads to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hospitality standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Participate in strategic planning and support business growth initiatives
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or similar senior hospitality position
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving abilities
• Financial awareness with experience monitoring budgets and operational performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and reporting tools will be considered an advantage
