Administrative Department Assistant — Limassol
Salary: €1,500–€1,600 monthly

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for an Administrative Department Assistant in Limassol.
Main duties:
- Organise, manage, prepare and review administrative documentation.
- Handle business correspondence in English.
- Work with spreadsheets, reports and internal administrative processes.
- Communicate with authorities, banks and other organisations.
- Carry out occasional city errands and rare business trips to Nicosia or Paphos.
- Monitor deadlines and support the administrative department and management.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native Greek and fluent English.
- Russian language will be considered an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with documents, spreadsheets and business correspondence.
- Attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, organisation and ability to work independently.
Working conditions:
- Office-based role.
- Approximate working schedule of 6–7 hours per day.
