**Main duties:**
- Translate real trading and dealing workflows into clear product priorities.
- Set practical standards for information quality, execution awareness, risk and usability.
- Work with product, design and engineering teams to turn market insights into scoped decisions.
- Test workflows, identify friction and edge cases, and explain their market impact.
**Requirements:**
- At least five years of hands-on experience in trading, dealing, trading-product management, risk or trading operations.
- Strong knowledge of market structure, order execution, position management and risk discipline.
- Experience with professional trading platforms and sound product judgement.
- Working English; Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage.
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.

- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Regular hybrid work with an office-first arrangement in Limassol.
