Responsibilities
- Analyse and verify requirements provided by stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts
- Ensure that business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications are documented clearly and accurately
- Provide training to users
- Identify opportunities to automate data management processes and lead the implementation of relevant automation initiatives
- Perform routine testing of software implementations and carry out quality assurance activities
Requirements
- University degree in an Information Technology-related field
- A minimum of five years of experience on software projects
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques, as well as the complete product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to post-release
- Relevant technical experience in data processing and data design
- Knowledge of application delivery processes and business assessment
- Knowledge of system testing tools
- Excellent command of both Greek and English
