Main duties
- Handle incorporations, resolutions, statutory returns and powers of attorney.
- Manage corporate portfolios, compliance work and client matters.
- Draft and review agreements and support restructurings, transactions and legal opinions.
Requirements
- Law degree and admission to the Cyprus Bar.
- At least 3 years of corporate-law experience.
- Knowledge of Registrar of Companies filings and fluency in Greek and English.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 08:00 or 09:00 to 17:00 or 18:00; Friday, 08:00–14:00.
