Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Associate Lawyer – Technology, Regulatory & IP Law.
Main duties:
- Draft, review and negotiate technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS, cloud and software-licensing contracts.
- Advise on GDPR, digital regulation, cybersecurity and related European legal frameworks.
- Support compliance projects, governance policies and legal-risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Law degree and membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least three years of post-qualification experience in technology, commercial, regulatory or intellectual-property law.
- Excellent Greek and English and sound knowledge of EU digital-regulation frameworks.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours with an early Friday finish.
