Main duties:
- Develop architectural designs from concept to construction documentation
- Prepare drawings specifications and technical submissions
- Coordinate clients engineers consultants and contractors
- Conduct site visits manage timelines and resolve design or construction issues
Requirements:
- Professional architecture degree and ETEK licence
- Around three years of experience or a strong graduate-level portfolio
- Knowledge of Cyprus planning building-permit and construction procedures
- Fluent Greek and English with strong design and organisational skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00
