Main duties:
- Advise customers on suitable telecom products and services
- Sell products while maintaining a high standard of service
- Support existing and prospective customers
- Provide effective after-sales assistance
Requirements:

- Basic computer literacy and an interest in technology
- Customer-service experience or further education is an advantage
