Key Responsibilities

Preparing sushi and Japanese dishes.
Ensuring food quality and presentation.
Managing food safety standards.
Maintaining cleanliness of the sushi station.
Monitoring stock and ordering requirements.
Supporting kitchen operations.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience as a Sushi Chef.
Strong knife skills.
Knowledge of food safety procedures.
